At Slings & Things we will do everything to ensure that you are happy with your purchases. Yet, it is possible that the received items are not quite as desired. Exchanging or returning them is possible within 14 days after you have received your items, under the following conditions:

Exchange policy

Items may be exchanged without notice of reason. However, we require you to place a new order on our website yourself. Please make sure you carefully read the conditions and ordering instruction below.

  • You inform us which item(s) you will be returning to us, this should be done within 14 days after receiving your order. You do not receive a confirmation of this notice.
  • You download the model form for withdrawal from the contract  and you include this filled in form with the items that are returned to us. Without this form we do not process your application! Please make sure to confirm on this form that you will exchance these items and follow the rest of the ordering instructions below.
  • Subsequent, the returning products are to be received by Slings & Things within 14 days after the return/exchange notice.
  • The products are unused, unwashed, undamaged and are in the original packaging with attached label.
  • You return the entire package, so in the case of slings and ergonomic carriers the instructions booklet and the box/packaging included.
  • In case you received your order wrapped in paper, please make sure you properly pack your products before sending them to us. Postal labels should never be pasted on the products / original packaging itself.
  • Insufficient or non-stamped return shipments will not be accepted by Slings & Things.
  • Always save the track & trace code of your package. We are not responsible for missing return shipments.
  • To return items to Slings & Things, solely use the returning address below. The costs for returning items are for you own account.
  • If it happens to be that the error was made on behalf of Slings & Things, we will take the costs for returning the shipment for our own account.
  • The assessment of these factors lies at all times at Slings & Things.

Ordering instructions in the case of exchange

  • In our webshop you order your desired new article(s). On working days, these will always be shipped out within 24 hours, ensuring you to receive your new items quickly.
  • As soon as we received the items that you returned to us, we will process them in our administration will refund you your complete purchase, including shipping costs. This way we are making sure that in the case of an exchange, you only pay your shipping costs once.
  • If it so happens that you decide to exchange your replaced items, then these shipping costs, and possible following exchanges, are for your own account.

Returning policy

You have the right to return your items without notice of reasoning, within 14 days after receiving your order according the regulation of ’Remote Buying service’. The following condition apply:

If all above mentioned conditions are met, the purchase amount will be refunded by means of electronic transfer to your bank account within 14 days after receiving your returned items.

Beware: If you do not include the filled in model form with your shipment, which leads to an unidentified sender, we cannot process the application.
