How do I place my order?

Pick the items you want to buy and add them, by clicking on te button “add to cart”. With some items you have to pick a color or a size of the product.
You can check your cart via the white button on the top right of your screen. With that button you can pick “view cart” or “checkout”. At the “checkout” screen you can fill in your data. It is possible to order as a ‘guest’, or make an account on our website. An account makes future orders a lot quicker and easier. It is not possible to order by phone.

Is it possible to deliver my order to a different address?

Yes, that is possible. You can fill in a billing-address and a shipping address. We will send your items to the shipping address.

Do I get a message when I have placed an order?

You will get a confirmation, and payment confirmation by email. When your package is out for delivery, you will get an e-mail also. This way you will know your package is on it’s way.

Can I track my package via Track & Trace?

You can trace your package with the code you will receive by e-mail, as soon as your package is on it’s way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us.

I want to order something, but can’t seem to find it on the website.

Slings & Things, by Dragen & Zo, doesn’t only deliver from our own stock, but we can often order items from the stock of our manufacturers: Boba, Beco, Didymos, Girasol, Hoppediz, Little Frog, Babylonia, Ergobaby, Tula, Wompat, ByKay and Rose and Rebellion also. If you want something that isn’t on our website, you can always ask us if we can order this for you. Depending on which manufacturer, it can take up a few days to a few weeks until your item is shipped to us. We will keep you informed about the status.
